Job Title: Sales Representative

Creating a fresh solution to bath remodeling, Bath Planet offers a stylish, cost-effective, low-maintenance bath improvement to homeowners and consumers with accessibility needs. We were created to meet the needs of consumers dissatisfied with the quality and workmanship available in the marketplace. Standing behind our products, we have developed an unrivaled reputation for quality and workmanship as a manufacturer of acrylic bath and shower solutions, extending that level of quality into all of our products.
Sales Representative Role This is a part-time/full-time outside sales 1099 position. Your role will be to develop relationships with pre-qualified homeowners. You are not responsible for generating your own leads, as 80% of the legwork is done for you through our rigorous pre-qualification process, ensuring you are set up for success.
Our process allows you to focus solely on selling. We handle everything from processing orders to managing post-sale changes. Your primary responsibility is to learn our training and products within the first 90 days, adhere to the training, and deliver a proven sales presentation to consumers who truly need our offerings.
Preferred Experience Preference may be given to candidates with acrylic bathroom remodeling sales experience with companies such as Reborn, Dreamline, Rebath, Luxury Bath, Bathfitter, etc.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Deliver our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners using an iPad.
Participate in ongoing weekly sales training sessions.
Design new bath solutions using our proprietary iPad software.
Present pricing and close sales daily.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Confidence and poise in public speaking.
Ambition, self-motivation, and discipline.
Ability to work independently.
Outgoing and articulate personality that thrives in social settings.
Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
