New Product Development (NPD) Marketing Manager (Dinnerware and Flatware) role at Libbey. This role is physically based in Toledo, OH at Libbey's corporate headquarters. At Libbey, we are MAKERS. The NPD Marketing Manager will manage daily new product development marketing activities, including short/long term planning, critical path timelines, concept and product development, trends forecasting, category market analysis, new product lifecycle management and performance, data analysis and reporting for Libbey’s Americas sourced products line. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams (sales, channel, category, pricing, sourcing, quality, and other stakeholders) to align Libbey’s goals and drive growth across channels. Responsibilities

Manage activities for new product development dinnerware and flatware projects to ensure timely launches, marketing collateral, and customer executions. Develop short-term and long-term new product concepts, products, lines (new and extensions), and roadmaps to maximize profitable growth. Manage new product launches and performance across all channels to drive sales and margin growth. Create product roadmaps reflective of strategic marketing plans, supported by competitor assessments, industry analysis, consumer and customer trends, design trends, SWOT analyses, and category analysis. Determine new product pricing, packaging, forecasting, revenue, and margin. Perform competitive analysis, market research and trends insights for dinnerware and flatware markets in foodservice, e-commerce, and retail. Identify and leverage new product categories, end-user and design trends and insights. Maintain new product databases with product specifications, artwork, and catalog copy. Create and deliver compelling new product presentation decks throughout the stage gate process for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and prioritize concepts that align with the company's growth objectives. Partner with channel and category marketing managers to ensure alignment with current portfolios and future assortments. Analyze and report NPD revenues and analytics (monthly/quarterly). New Product Development Performance

Responsible for dinnerware and flatware product development from ideation to design and sample development to production and on-time delivery. Drive stage gate process for on-time, speedy market launches. Launch viability: ensure high-quality, timely launches that meet portfolio and financial KPIs while exceeding customer expectations for growth. Deliver new product launches with a compelling selling story for customers and channels. Collaborate with sourcing to ensure production-friendly design execution across multiple materials to optimize price, margin, and sales. New Product Marketing: Post-Launch & Support

Go-to-market hand-off with necessary information for go-to-market execution and collateral development. Support launches at foodservice and retail events and customer meetings as needed. Attend industry events to stay current on competitive landscape and trends, capturing new products and sourcing opportunities. Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field required MBA preferred but not required 5+ years of progressive responsibility driving new products, innovation, marketing strategies, plans, programs, and operations to drive revenue growth Preferred experience in retail, food service, and/or B2B channel Preferred experience with tabletop products (dinnerware, flatware, serve ware and durable goods) Strong written and verbal communication skills Keen analytical skills with ability to translate financial and research insights into action Knowledge of stage gate and new product development Demonstrated organizational aptitude to manage projects from start to finish Experience with pricing strategy and product costing Experience understanding technical products to create concepts for evaluation Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to travel up to 15% of the time, domestically and internationally Competencies for Success
