Goodwin Recruiting . Job Description: As a Senior Fire Sprinkler Designer, you will specialize in designing sprinkler systems. You must operate AutoCAD and other programs to produce complex layouts of fire sprinkler systems, detail drawings, assembly drawings, sketches, and diagrams. Familiarity with AutoSprink is a significant plus, or willingness to learn it immediately. This is a full-time, in-office position with competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities. Responsibilities include: Reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and MEP blueprints/PDFs, technical drawings, schematics, and reports. Developing working layouts and final master drawings. Consulting with engineers and other personnel to design code-compliant fire sprinkler systems. Coordinating production, fabrication, installation, and inspection processes. Designing automatic fire sprinkler systems, standpipe systems, fire pumps, and underground systems.
