The Civil Project Manager will oversee all aspects of roadway and civil engineering design projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction. This role involves managing small to medium projects independently, leading teams, and engaging in project development from initial client meetings through design, construction, and site visits. Responsibilities
Manage all facets of roadway and civil engineering projects. Lead project teams, coordinate work efforts, and ensure quality and timeliness. Engage in client communications, design development, and site visits during project phases. Minimum Requirements
BA/BS degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. 10+ years of transportation design experience, including schematic development and PS&E preparation. Professional Engineer (PE) license in California preferred. Experience with highway/roadway design software such as MicroStation, InRoads, OpenRoads, Civil 3D, Infraworks. Project management and business development experience. Excellent communication skills and proficiency with MS Office. Additional Information
