Position Overview
We are seeking a
Project Manager
with strong architectural experience to lead the design and delivery of diverse projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about great design and client service.
Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of project development, from design through construction administration Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and deliverables Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams Lead multidisciplinary teams and foster effective communication across all project participants Oversee design documentation, quality control, and compliance with codes and standards Support business development efforts through proposal preparation and client presentations Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with firm standards
Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field 5-7 years of experience in an architectural design or project management role Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite (Adobe Creative Suite a plus) Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, and project delivery Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Architectural license preferred (or in progress)
