Develop, maintain, audit and report operational and analytical reports for end users. Collaborate with end-users to determine report requirements and provide solutions to meet outcomes. Analyse database design and data acquisition, review reports for accuracy, and apply standard and nonstandard technology applications to adapt to changing technologies. Monitor and track highly detailed and moderately complex reports and data analysis; proactively anticipate needs and outcomes. Work independently or in a team, manage multiple activities under time constraints, and demonstrate customer service focus. Qualifications
Three years of recent experience with business intelligence tools including system analysis and information technology activities. Experience with SQL query commands; experience creating Tableau dashboards in a production environment (preferred). Healthcare experience required. Must be Epic certified or able to obtain Epic certification within 3 months of training. Must pass all certification exams with a passing grade within three attempts for each test from each class required. Ability to travel as needed (possible flight travel to Verona, Wisconsin) and to work both remotely and on-site. Strong organizational, analytical, negotiating and decision-making skills; ability to influence outcomes and work under time constraints. Ability to work with user staff to determine report requirements and suggest courses of action for desired outcomes. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams preferred; excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to work independently or in a team. Licenses and Certifications
