Overview As the Senior Manager of Wholesale Marketing for HOKA Sport & Outdoor, you will lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and sales growth across the Sport & Outdoor wholesale channels. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging and positioning.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns and long-term account strategies for Sport & Outdoor wholesale.

Launch marketing campaigns across digital, in-store and experiential touchpoints; build strong relationships with wholesale partners.

Merge brand and wholesale account goals with consumer insights to create commercially impactful plans.

Influence and sell-in new ideas that translate into ground-breaking campaigns; partner with cross-functional teams and sales.

Travel to meet with wholesale partners, attend seasonal planning meetings, and key brand events.

Qualifications

8+ years of related marketing experience on the brand or retailer side, preferably in footwear, sport, outdoor or run industries.

Experience in 360 wholesale marketing with strong understanding of sport and outdoor categories.

Leadership experience with at least 4 years of managing and developing a team.

Expertise leading projects and campaigns within a national retailer wholesale environment (digital and in-store).

Strong presentation skills to senior partner stakeholders; strategic thinker with ability to execute innovative marketing strategies.

Excellent relationship-building with external partners and stakeholders; skilled in analyzing market trends and consumer insights.

Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Experience with wholesale initiatives with retailers such as Dick’s Sporting Goods, REI or similar accounts is a plus.

$145,000 - $155,000

salary range posted for a Goleta, CA location; exact pay will depend on location, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share specifics during the hiring process.
