Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of Reynolds Marketing Procurement targets in line with US and Global Procurement Strategy (Savings, Payment terms increase, OTIF project implementation, innovation, stakeholder engagement, sustainability metrics – environmental and social).
Responsible for strategic spend analysis for Marketing categories as an input for the definition of Reynolds Indirect Procurement Strategy and Annual sourcing plan.
Proactively engage functional stakeholders across RAI companies to capture services and material requirements, influence demand.
Lead the Supplier Management Process including segmentation, risk assessment, performance management plan, compliance tracking and reporting; participate in negotiations and decision‑making for supplier issues.
Provide daily leadership and coaching to the team, focusing on functional and strategic company goals and individual development.
Develop sourcing plans and strategic programs that support business requirements, ensuring cost containment and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or equivalent degree or 7‑10 years of experience in related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI).
Proficiency with SAP.
Understanding and experience executing strategic sourcing processes.
Excellent communication skills, able to influence and drive change.
