We are a diverse group that loves to learn, collaborate, and solve large-scale problems. We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team who is inquisitive, curious, and talented. Your work will influence the user experience of a product used by millions daily. As part of the Platform team, you will work with designers, engineers, product managers, and cross-functional partners on growth-related experiences such as onboarding and product recommendations. What You’ll Do
Demonstrate talent and passion for designing end-to-end experiences. Distill complex, technical problems into approachable products and features using ideation, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making. Create low and high fidelity UI designs and prototypes using Figma. Partner with product managers and engineering leaders to evaluate technical tradeoffs affecting product roadmaps. Collaborate with other designers on shared patterns, product vision, and design goals. Improve user experience across multiple product areas and facilitate design reviews with cross-functional teams. Influence and contribute to the internal design process and team culture. Mentor other designers and share your craft. Qualifications / Desirable Skills
8+ years of professional UX / product design experience. Deep understanding of human-centered design. Strong knowledge of accessibility principles (WCAG). Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills. Comfort with experimentation, moving quickly, and releasing product regularly. Experience designing for growth (acquisition, conversion, retention). Experience with A/B testing, user research, and data-driven design decisions. Technical understanding of network services or developer tools is a plus. Experience with generative AI design and coding tools is a plus. Compensation & Equity
Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location. For Colorado-based hires: estimated annual salary $165,000 - $201,000. This role is eligible to participate in Cloudflare’s equity plan. Benefits
