Responsibilities
Build and sustain a system for delivering essential decision support services to stakeholders efficiently and cost‑effectively.
Oversee marketing research initiatives to generate consumer insights that enhance client and employee experiences.
Conduct custom research to meet organizational and stakeholder needs.
Identify business opportunities and challenges that can be addressed through research.
Maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure project accuracy and coordination.
Develop and monitor project plans, updating stakeholders on progress.
Review research outputs, such as dashboards and reports, aligning them with business goals.
Present research findings, focusing on actionable insights and goal‑setting.
Stay updated on best practices in financial services, research, and analytics.
Perform additional duties as required.
Skills and Experience
3‑6 years of relevant experience.
Understanding of marketing and business issues to address stakeholder needs.
Proficiency in databases and analytical tools, including SAS, SQL, and survey platforms like Qualtrics.
Expertise in survey execution and interpretation.
Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills.
