and a passion for creating

beautiful, conversion-driven digital design . Ideal candidates will bring a sharp eye for

and a genuine interest in building visually compelling, strategic brand worlds across industries. You’ll be joining a small, collaborative creative team with the opportunity to work across a range of clients—from luxury and fashion to beauty, consumer goods, hospitality, and tech. This role is perfect for a seasoned, detail-oriented creative who’s looking for hands-on experience, ownership, and room to grow.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams on a variety of project types, from brainstorms to design phase to execution. Own the look and feel across e-comm touchpoints: social, email, and web. You’ll coordinate and deliver scroll-stopping assets that drive clicks and conversions. Lead brand-building projects—from logo design and packaging to web, motion, and visual identity systems. Assist the Creative Director in shoots, defining the visual tone and distinct storytelling elements while aligning with brand strategy and marketing goals. Oversee all aspects from pre-production to post-production to ensure delivery meets agency standards. Mentor junior designers and provide effective feedback, fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and excellence. Confidently present your work to the team and clients—explaining the “why” behind every creative decision. Strong eye for color, composition, and detail. Ability to proof one’s own work and catch errors. In tune with design and marketing trends; always bringing fresh, relevant ideas. Clear communicator with solid written and verbal skills. Open to feedback and fast to iterate. Highly organized, self-managing, and able to guide others. Strategic thinker who blends creative flair with performance goals. Skilled in mobile-first, responsive design and UX best practices. Collaborative, curious, and excited to build standout work with the team.

Candidate requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field 3-5+ years experience in a design role. Leadership and/or agency experience is a huge plus Multi-disciplinary design portfolio Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Figma, and Keynote Knowledge of Shopify, and email and SMS marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp) Experience in UI/UX, HTML/CSS, and/or Motion is a huge plus Experience collaborating with web developers and website QA testing Knowledge and understanding of creative content for social platforms Experience with both digital and print media. Ability to set up files for print Post-production skills, including photo retouching, video editing, and motion graphics Experience communicating directly with client and presenting concepts to client $75-85k range (based on experience) Unlimited PTO *Must have a laptop. *Must live in NYC
