What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Review and update training content documentation for international clients monthly

Communicate best practices for implementing large-scale learning plans using the employer's content

Analyze quarterly customer feedback and relay requests for new topics to content publishers

Provide training and guidance to staff/contractors on content localization

Stay informed on global compliance law updates and cultural expectations for content

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Security Awareness, Instructional Design, or related field/experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience in developing and updating documentation

Proven ability to advise clients on learning plans

Familiarity with project management software and Google Docs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with translations

Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)

Strong time management and organizational skills

Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
