Benefits
401(k) 401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Company parties Competitive salary About Us
We’re a fast-growing women’s apparel wholesaler with strong denim and fashion programs, supplying major department stores, and off-price chains across the U.S. We move quickly, value long-term relationships, and turn trend insights into volume wins. The Role
Own a multi-million-dollar book of business and lead growth across national accounts (e.g., off-price, majors, specialty).
You’ll drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting and line presentation to negotiation, forecasting, and post-ship performance—while partnering tightly with design, production, and logistics to deliver on margin, quality, and on-time. What You’ll Do
Grow revenue and margin across existing key accounts; open new doors with targeted retailers and e-comm players. Build seasonal line plans with Design/Merch; deliver compelling market and virtual line showings. Convert trend and sell-through data into winning assortments, SMU/PL programs, and chase opportunities. Negotiate pricing, terms, and programs (mark-downs, RTVs, co-op) to hit profitability targets. Own forecasts: submit buys, track POs, monitor OTIF with Production/Logistics, and resolve exceptions. Analyze weekly sell-through/door productivity; recommend replenishments and in-season pivots. Represent the brand at market, trade shows, and buyer meetings; travel as needed (15–25%). Maintain CRM hygiene (pipeline, activities, next steps) and deliver accurate monthly/quarterly projections. What You’ll Bring
3+ years’ wholesale apparel sales experience with proven results in women’s fashion/denim. Existing buyer relationships at majors/off-price/specialty (e.g., Walmart, TJX, Burlington, Macy’s, Nordstrom Rack, boutiques). Strong merchandising eye and storytelling; confident presenting lines and building assortments. Sharp negotiator with command of margins, IMU, costing, and program levers. Data-driven: Excel/Google Sheets fluency; comfortable with ERP/PLM/CRM tools. Hustle + follow-through: you own the number, the calendar, and the relationship.
