This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Designer. The role is based in Wakefield, RI. The Architectural Designer will be responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing construction documents, and participating in construction administration. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed architectural concepts, drafting plans, and working closely with the construction team to ensure project accuracy and completion. Qualifications
Proficiency in Revit Experience in preparing Construction Documents and design presentations Familiarity with residential building code Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team Professional degree in architecture Experience in residential design and construction is a plus
