The Agency Insurance/Superior Insurance Partners is seeking a dynamic and committed Commercial Lines Insurance Sales Producer to join our thriving team in Harlan, IA. We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment where your contributions are recognized and celebrated. As an Insurance Sales Producer, you will engage directly with clients to develop tailored insurance solutions that meet their specific needs. You will be integral to our mission of delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with policyholders, enhancing their trust and satisfaction. Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Actively reach out to potential clients, explaining the benefits and tailoring insurance options to meet their specific needs. This person will manage a small book of business. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular follow-up and responsive customer service. Portfolio Expansion: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products to existing clients, enhancing their portfolio. Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics to contribute to the growth of United Group Insurance. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide the best options and advice to clients. Paperwork and Documentation: Ensure accuracy in all required documentation and compliance with regulatory standards. Requirements
Licensing: Active Iowa Property & Casualty License is preferred but may be obtained in first 60 days of employment. Experience: Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly desirable. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Client-driven: A genuine commitment to understanding and fulfilling client needs. Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to think on your feet. Collaborator: Capability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and open to change. Benefits
