Our projects emphasize the connection between architecture and landscape, responding to their cultural and environmental contexts. We seek an experienced Senior Landscape Designer/Director specializing in residential and hospitality projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of landscape design principles, project management, and client relations, working closely with architects, planners, and other professionals to craft sustainable and aesthetic landscapes for high-end clients. Key Responsibilities

Lead conceptualization, design, and development of landscape projects for residential and hospitality environments. Manage project delivery from initial consultation to construction documentation and implementation. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to meet project goals and standards. Develop creative, functional landscape designs complementing residential architecture. Supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring high-quality outputs. Conduct site analyses, environmental assessments, and material selections for sustainability. Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, budgets, and estimates. Present concepts and updates to clients, incorporating feedback effectively. Stay updated on industry trends and sustainable practices. Ensure compliance with codes and regulations. Attend site visits during design and construction phases. Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Landscape Architecture. 7-10+ years of experience with a portfolio of residential landscape projects. Proven experience in all project phases. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Adobe Suite, and related software. Knowledge of plant materials, sustainable design, and hardscape techniques. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Project management experience, including budgeting and scheduling. Preferred Skills

Experience with high-end residential landscapes and market trends. Knowledge of lighting, irrigation, and water features. LEED or similar sustainability certifications. Landscape Architect licensure preferred. Additional Details
