Mercier Consultancy is excited to welcome a new Spanish Speaking Search Engine Customer Consultant to our Online Media Department. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping our Spanish-speaking clients navigate our search engine services and maximize their advertising efforts online. Your expertise in customer service and fluency in Spanish will enable you to provide tailored support and build lasting relationships with clients.
As a Customer Consultant, you will handle inquiries related to our online media solutions, troubleshoot issues, and guide clients in optimizing their presence on search engines. Responsibilities
Provide outstanding support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding our search engine services through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues related to online media campaigns Document and track client interactions in our support system to ensure accurate follow-up Assist clients in understanding best practices for search engine optimization and advertising effectiveness Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and enhance customer experience Collect feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement in our services Participate in training initiatives to deepen your understanding of search engine technologies and trends Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping clients succeed Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and inquiries in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in customer service, particularly in online media or digital marketing, is a plus but not mandatory A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies Competitive Monthly Salary Monthly Performance Bonus Fully Paid Relocation Package ( Flight, Transfer and Hotel ) Health Insurance Private Health Insurance 2 Extra Salaries Per Year Support In Finding Accommodation After Hotel Fully Paid Training And More...
