Commercial Insurance Account Manager / Marketer – Hybrid
New Haven, CT • Full-time • $90,000.00-$110,000.00
Responsibilities
Manage a large, established book of business across multiple lines coverage for commercial insurance.
Review coverage for accuracy, process certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and reviews.
Handle new and renewal business, including endorsements and coverage reviews.
Work independently or with a team to support sales and drive agency revenue.
Maintain and retain assigned accounts; apply problem-solving techniques to cancellations, renewal issues, audits, receivables, and carrier issues.
Review insurance contracts and coordinate with brokers and carriers as needed.
Carry an active P&C license.
Qualifications
Experience with multiple lines coverage and brokerage setting.
Ability to manage a large, established book of business.
Prior client-facing experience, building and maintaining relationships.
Ability to handle new and renewal business, including coverage reviews and endorsements.
Ability to review insurance contracts for accuracy.
Experience completing certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and reviews.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team to support sales and drive agency revenue.
Active P&C license.
