Experiment & optimize : Lead A/B testing for content, analyze results, and iterate quickly to boost engagement and conversions. Collaborate effectively : Partner with product designers, developers, and marketing leads to turn complex ideas into simple, impactful messaging. Own the narrative : Craft content for multiple well-known brands under our umbrella, each with a distinct voice and audience. Lead & influence : Manage high-impact projects, mentor junior writers, and guide content strategy with user insights. Stay sharp : Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor messaging, and evolving user behavior to inform your work. Candidate Profile
What You Bring 3 – 5+ years of experience in
content design, UX writing, or performance-focused copywriting Mastery of messaging that converts—plus the skill to adapt your voice to different audiences and brands Solid experience working cross-functionally in agile environments Strong understanding of
A/B testing, user research, and performance data Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills Proficiency with Figma, ChatGPT, Jira, and other design tools Professional level of English Bonus Points If You Have Familiarity with localization and international teamwork Understanding of design principles and content integration into the bigger picture A collaborative spirit and positive attitude that helps teams thrive We Offer
