Housekeeping Supervisor - MGM Music Hall at Fenway

$21.00/hr - $23.00/hr . Responsibilities
Supervise the cleaning of assigned rooms, linens, hallways, carpets and other designated areas in accordance with cleanliness standards to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure daily housekeeping procedures and policies are followed. Perform administrative and housekeeping duties when necessary. Assist the Housekeeping Manager with daily duties and help develop schedules, duties, apparel, appearance, and conduct of housekeeping staff. Train staff on Aramark and OSHA policies and procedures related to employment, safety, and sanitation. Maintain effective guest relations and administer lost and found policy and procedure. Coordinate with the maintenance department to ensure repairs are completed and areas are cleaned before guest arrival. Manage linen counts, inventory of rooms, supplies and equipment, and control costs. Motivate housekeeping staff and optimize staffing for productivity. Ensure work areas are neat, clean, and organized; comply with safety, security, emergencies, and energy policies. Report to work on time and in complete uniform. Qualifications
One year of supervisory experience or three years as a lead in housekeeping preferred. High school diploma or GED. Demonstrates leadership potential; able to read, write, and understand English. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Basic mathematical ability; understanding of probability and statistics. Ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions. Basic knowledge of infection control procedures and universal precautions. About Aramark
