Responsibilities
Monitor and manage all aspects of daily client communications Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients; escalate, track and solve client issues Develop + maintain strong active relationships with key client stakeholders Meet with clients monthly to review marketing campaign progress. Develop in-depth knowledge of the industry and client business needs Identify opportunities for improvement and upsell. Working as a member of an account team to identify client needs and address them with strategic recommendations Interpreting and analyzing results data to improve client ROI Very limited travel to sales / client offices or events may be required. Qualifications
1-3+ years of digital marketing industry or Agency experience. Ability to be direct and set proper expectations with clients, even if it means they could respond poorly Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Constant supervision of performance metrics and reporting to stake holders A solid work ethic, you will be trusted with managing most of your own time remotely. Team oriented, we live and die as a team here. Identify opportunities for improvement and upsell. Interpreting and analyzing results data to improve client ROI Very limited travel to sales / client offices or events may be required.
