Base Pay Range $60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
What You’ll Do
Drive store profits and hit sales targets with strategic flair.
Coach, mentor, and lead by example, delivering stellar performance.
Recruit, hire, and guide employees, including tough calls when needed.
Manage store operations, scheduling, and compliance like a pro.
Lead by example with role‑plays and hands‑on coaching.
Jump in to support transactions and create memorable customer experiences.
Partner with trainers to welcome and train new hires.
Keep Alliance Mobile’s standards sky‑high and expect the same from your team.
Communicate seamlessly with your Alliance Mobile community.
Work 45‑50 hours/week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Lift up to 25 pounds when needed.
What You Bring
2+ years of sales management experience with a knack for leading teams.
A proven track record of smashing sales goals and delivering top‑tier customer service.
Stellar communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with enthusiasm.
Comfort with tech—think computers, wireless devices, and more.
Fluent in English as well as Spanish.
