Overview
Scenic Group, located in Hollywood, FL, is looking to hire a Brand Marketing Account Executive to join our team. Scenic and Emerald Cruises are global travel brands with a history dating back to 1986, offering luxury all-inclusive river cruises and luxury yachts. The Brand Marketing Account Executive will report to the Brand & Consumer Marketing Manager and will lead the implementation, trafficking, and reporting of consumer and brand marketing initiatives. This role supports Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours and drives the team’s productivity across all marketing channels by collaborating with internal design, sales, and product teams in North America and globally, as well as with third-party vendors and distribution partners. From its beginnings in Newcastle, Australia, Scenic Group has grown to multiple centers worldwide, with 10 Star-Ships on European and Southeast Asian rivers and two ultra-luxury yachts. Responsibilities
Execute multi-channel campaign briefs, communication plans, and production schedules as determined by the Brand & Consumer Marketing Manager, ensuring deadlines and targets are met. Brief and develop creative for traditional and digital media campaigns with in-house and external agency partners, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and budget adherence. Communicate campaigns and offers to call centers and Regional Sales Manager teams via email and bi-weekly meetings with call center leads. Attend weekly review meetings with the Marketing Services team; summarize actions toward project completion. Support reporting activities to identify what’s working and what isn’t and take action in marketing plans. Collaborate with other Scenic brand marketing functions globally to infuse the US consumer perspective into brand and product development. Maintain brand guidelines across all programs. Review organic social posts and recommend market-specific posts for Trade social accounts. Monitor, analyze, and report on results, campaign success, key issues, and recommendations to achieve KPIs and targets. Requirements and Qualifications
Eager to be part of a fast-growing company. 4+ years of relevant experience in brand marketing, advertising, or digital marketing. Travel and cruise experience a plus. Strong content writing/editing skills and strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Bachelor’s Degree in marketing/business, communications, or similar. Flexibility and energy to thrive on a small team in a growing business. Experience with Microsoft Suite, Smartsheet, and Google Analytics. Knowledge of mass email services and website CMS platforms helpful but not required. Ability to grasp new topics quickly and communicate professionally with stakeholders and senior leadership. Ability to manage time and prioritize work autonomously. Self-starter with a willingness to take responsibility and exceed objectives. Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and adaptability to a changing environment. Passion for the travel industry and luxury segment. Location
