Overview
Payless Kitchen & Bath is a family-owned remodeling company seeking an Events Marketing Representative for the Ventura area. This is a flexible part-time role to engage homeowners at trade shows, events, festivals, fairs, expos and retail locations to generate appointments for the in-home sales team. Responsibilities
Engage prospects at events: initiate conversations, answer questions, and provide information about services to generate appointments Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with homeowners to discuss their kitchen or bathroom remodeling needs Learn and execute our scripts Qualifications
High school diploma or GED 1+ years’ experience in sales, lead generation at shows and events, or similar experience Outgoing, extroverted and friendly personality Self-motivated with a strong work ethic; persuasive and results oriented Ability to stand for long periods Flexible to work evenings and weekends Reliable transportation; travel to and from listed events with setup items Attend monthly department and company meetings Clean criminal background and drug-free required Compensation & Schedule
Pay: $20.00 per hour plus commission. Location: Ventura, CA area. Schedule: Flexible Part-Time. About Payless Kitchen & Bath
