Marketing Consultant - Hybrid

Business Management:

Lead & execute the Q1 key product animation. Develop & analyze business data. Track and report on the impact of launch & promotional activities. Forecast and plan to ensure Gross, Net and Profit targets are met, by overseeing the execution of the campaign. Performance:

Strategize & determine resource allocations across the assigned franchise(s) to optimize overall brand performance, identifying risks and developing contingency plans. Collaborate:

Work with cross-functional teams & leadership to translate the brand strategy into customer-centric plans. Execute plans aligned with customer objectives (delivery of promotional materials, product information, scientific abstracts, online+offline go to market, loyalty & acquisition tactics, retail partnerships). Ideate and create materials for the professional sales team to support their business goals. Qualifications and Educational Requirements

BS/BA Degree in Business, Marketing or related field 6+ years of experience in product marketing; previous client experience preferred but not required Results-oriented, collaborative team player Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong interest in aesthetics, skincare, and technology is helpful About the Role
