Digital Marketing Account Executive
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering deep client relationships, leveraging your expertise in digital marketing across various channels such as paid social, programmatic, and endemic platforms. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through media planning, campaign execution, and performance analysis while utilizing our innovative platform. This role requires exceptional organizational and presentation skills to ensure client satisfaction and successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long‑lasting relationships through regular communication and a consultative approach. Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, goals, challenges, and industry trends to proactively identify opportunities for value creation. Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights and personalized recommendations to ensure clients achieve their objectives.
Media Strategy and Planning
Provide strategic guidance on utilizing digital marketing tools and techniques to achieve client goals, including a strong command of various marketing channels such as paid social, programmatic, email marketing, paid search, and other digital marketing channels. Assist in creating Statements of Work (SOWs) and cost worksheets to ensure all initiatives are accurately scoped in terms of time and budget. Demonstrate expertise in analytics platforms and methodologies to interpret data effectively, enabling the creation and justification of tailored media plans. Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive media strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
Platform Expertise
Act as a subject matter expert on the Equals 5 platform, providing comprehensive training sessions, tailored onboarding experiences, and ongoing support to ensure clients are fully equipped to utilize the platform effectively. Stay updated on platform updates and new features, proactively sharing relevant insights and opportunities with clients to maximize their results. Troubleshoot issues efficiently, collaborating with internal technical and product teams to provide swift resolutions and enhance client satisfaction. Gather and communicate client feedback to contribute to platform improvements and align with evolving client needs.
Project Management
Maintain detailed project tracking and documentation within our project management tool to ensure transparency, accountability, and timely execution of client deliverables. Oversee the execution of client campaigns, managing timelines, deliverables, and quality control to ensure all projects meet or exceed client expectations. Proactively identify and mitigate risks or roadblocks to project success, implementing contingency plans as needed. Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among cross‑functional teams, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
Reporting and Analytics
Keep track of marketing results across all campaigns, ensuring that pacing and performance align with client objectives and agreed‑upon metrics. Use advanced data insights to recommend actionable optimization strategies that drive measurable improvements. Develop comprehensive and visually compelling performance reports, showcasing key results, trends, and actionable recommendations. Exhibit excellent presentation skills, confidently presenting results to clients, addressing their questions, and defending strategies and decisions with data‑driven justifications.
Qualifications
Experience
3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related field. Strong background in digital marketing and analytics. Pharma experience is a plus. Experience working in a digital marketing agency is a plus.
Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
