What You’ll Be Doing
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing strategy and results.
Guide clients through onboarding and campaign setup.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver SEO, paid ads, web, and other services.
Build strong relationships and proactively communicate results.
Help retain and grow client accounts by spotting upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Promote a collaborative environment, take ownership, document work, and contribute to a positive company culture.
Required / Preferred Qualifications
12+ months of experience selling, consulting or managing digital marketing (SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Website Development, etc.).
12+ months experience in project management.
12+ months experience in customer service or sales.

Can stay organized and manage many clients simultaneously without missing details.
Read data and translate insights into informed decisions.
Communicate clearly with clients and teammates (written and verbal).

Are familiar with computer programs, apps, software, and technology in general.
Can understand, connect with, and read people; have a teamwork mindset and collaboration experience.
Are curious and eager to learn more.
Additional Helpful Skills
Ability to read charts, graphs, and data and translate into insights and decisions.
Ability to stay organized with 30+ clients simultaneously.
Effective written and verbal communication with different personality styles.
Familiarity with common computer programs, apps, and software.
