We are seeking a UX Writer who will craft clear, consistent language for our client's products and digital experiences. This highly collaborative role partners closely with cross-functional team members to create user-centered experiences. As a Content Strategist, your passion is to simplify complex nuances into simple language, providing an elegant and human-centered solution. You will create UX content design solutions that result in successful, engaging, accessible products, voice, and digital experiences. Responsibilities include aligning approach, output, and potential impact of content design work with business strategies and objectives, and using data and metrics to influence decisions and measure progress. Craft clear, consistent language for products and digital experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams using tools such as Slack, Figma, Lucidchart, Jira, and virtual whiteboarding programs (FigJam, Lucid, Mural, etc.). Engage in empathy/content/feature mapping and other discovery/sprint planning exercises in partnership with UX design and research. Produce UX content design solutions that are user-centered, accessible, and aligned with the product voice. Use data and metrics to influence decisions and measure progress. Qualifications
