Casino Promotions & Events Manager (Direct Hire) – Mesquite, United States. Work From Office. Salary: $70,000-$80,000 DOE. The role focuses on developing, coordinating, and executing promotional campaigns and events to drive customer engagement and revenue growth within the gaming industry. Responsibilities
Serve as the lead for execution of promotions and events created by the Marketing team, including public and VIP events. Work closely with Directors, Managers, and staff to train teams to properly execute promotions. Participate in creating marketing calendars, coordinating advertising efforts, managing budgets, and measuring campaign effectiveness. Facilitate meetings between Marketing and Operations to gather and share key information and updates. Communicate upcoming promotions and events proactively and produce proper documentation and posting of rules at all property promotions. Analyze promotions to determine overall profitability and success. Oversee purchasing of promotional items. Maintain an understanding of our customers’ attitudes and behaviors. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management. Customer Service Expectations
Foster an environment of teamwork to achieve common goals. Collaborate with team members to create an atmosphere of enthusiasm during events. Communicate effectively with all levels of staff. Make every guest feel valuable and important; respond to guests with utmost courtesy and project a polished professional image. What We're Looking For
Minimum 21 years old. At least two (2) years of experience as a Promotions and Events Manager in gaming and/or hospitality. Decisive self-starter with the ability to work varied shifts based on departmental needs. Ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions. Strong math skills and computer literacy. Minimum of two years of working experience as a Marketing Manager or Supervisor. Clear written and spoken English communication. Must be able to obtain and maintain a State of Nevada Gaming Permit. Must have a valid Driver’s License and Driving History (DMV) printout not older than 30 days. Seniority level
