What You’ll Do
Concept and write across all mediums: TV, print, digital, social, and beyond
Collaborate with partners, creatives, and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life
Seek creative opportunities on projects big and small
Create engaging presentations to sell your ideas
Present work internally and occasionally to clients
Turn feedback into stronger, smarter creative
Manage multiple projects and deadlines without missing a beat
What You Bring
2–3 years of ad agency or creative experience
A polished portfolio showcasing standout copywriting and creative concepts, preferably with produced work
Razor sharp written and verbal communication skills
Confidence presenting ideas internally
Cultural fluency and a desire to make work that resonates with diverse audiences
Attention to detail and a hunger to keep learning
Bonus Points for
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with Adobe Creative Suite
