About the Opportunity We are currently looking to fill several full-time roles to help manage pharmaceutical brand awareness, business development, and sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and enjoy working with clients.

This role involves lead generation, customer service, and client acquisition to build lifelong customer relationships on behalf of our clients. It offers full-time employment with opportunities for advancement, including managing campaigns, client expectations, and training staff.

You will have the opportunity to manage a portfolio of clients, assisting them with healthcare contracts and practice management needs. Career development support and bonus opportunities are available. Proficiency with tablets, computers, and both Microsoft and Apple products is required.

Responsibilities

Finding and engaging new clients, then retaining them long-term

Becoming a healthcare expert for your client base

Advising clients on medical agreements and healthcare cost management

Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and suppliers

Managing time effectively in a multi-faceted role

Performing any other duties reasonably requested

Experience and Skills

Minimum one year of experience in sales or customer service

Proven record of meeting sales or customer satisfaction goals

Ability to identify, win, and retain clients

Excellent communication skills

Strong organizational skills
