Position Summary The AVP, Creative is a pivotal role within the Naturium marketing team. As head of creative, this position is responsible for the full funnel of creative development from conceiving global brand campaigns, executing all brand production, and delivering go‑to‑market content across all consumer touchpoints. The leader will demonstrate key cultural practices of growth, positivity, honesty, curiosity, innovation, speed, agility and collaboration, and will play a central role in developing brand vision and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Creative vision: set a creative vision for Naturium that inspires and delights consumers via bold, disruptive ideation.

Brand messaging: in collaboration with the Brand team, consistently refine brand messaging.

Codification of brand: be the ultimate safeguard of brand creative identity. Develop methods and processes to guarantee creative consistency globally while integrating localization.

360 touchpoint management: responsible for aesthetic consistency of all creative touchpoints across O+O environments.

Campaigns: drive the creative brief and outcome of all brand campaigns.

Production: hold ultimate responsibility for all production (pre‑, post‑ and everything in-between).

Creative assessment: responsible for evaluating all content performance and feeding learnings into future creative.

Multitouch‑point expertise: be an expert on a broad range of platforms and translate the brand into platform‑native content that reflects the brand creative vision.

Key Requirements

10+ years of progressive experience in creative leadership roles, ideally within beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods.

Proven ability to concept and execute 360° brand campaigns across digital, retail, social, and experiential channels.

Strong portfolio showcasing innovative, high‑impact creative work across multiple touchpoints.

Demonstrated experience leading and inspiring multidisciplinary creative teams, including art direction, design, and copywriting.

Deep understanding of creative production processes, including casting, pre‑/post‑production, and content delivery.

Skilled in maintaining and evolving brand identity and guidelines across global markets.

Strong strategic thinking and storytelling ability with a consumer‑first approach.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills; experience working cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and executive teams.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Passionate, curious, and culturally attuned creative leader with a bias for action and innovation.

Salary

$170,000 – $200,000 per year.
