Actalent We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to develop creative and technically sound solutions to design challenges, ensuring design excellence. You will integrate quality assurance/control processes and company standards, coordinating with Project Managers to maintain project schedules and ensure timely delivery of project documents. This role requires strong conceptual design abilities, space planning skills, and the capability to detail constructable design ideas. You will apply appropriate products, materials, and FF&E aligned with sustainability goals, and create graphic presentations. Additionally, you will attend site walks and Construction Administration meetings, sharing lessons learned to improve project coordination, and lead collaboration within the project team, generating and communicating design ideas and solutions. Responsibilities

Develop creative and technically sound solutions to design challenges, ensuring design excellence. Integrate quality assurance/control processes and company standards, coordinating with Project Managers. Maintain project schedules and ensure timely delivery of project documents. Demonstrate strong conceptual design, space planning, and ability to detail constructable design ideas. Apply appropriate products, materials, and FF&E aligned with sustainability goals, and create graphic presentations. Attend site walks and Construction Administration meetings, sharing lessons learned to improve project coordination. Lead collaboration within the project team, generating and communicating design ideas and solutions. Ensure BIM standards are applied, oversee QA/QC procedures, and resolve clash detection issues. Manage time effectively and align construction/material costs with project budgets. Essential Skills

Proficiency in Revit, Sketchup, and Schematic design. Comprehensive technical knowledge in interior design with strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Expertise in design techniques, tools, and sustainable principles for producing precise technical plans. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and attention to detail. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of 6-8+ years of professional experience in interior design. Undergraduate Degree in Interior Design required. Professional licensure required. K-12 interior experience. Knowledgeable in Bluebeam and strong proficiency in A/E/I/P software. Excellent written, verbal, and graphic communication skills with the ability to multitask. Actively seeks to enhance knowledge and contributes to marketing and business development efforts. Work Environment

The work environment includes attending site walks and Construction Administration meetings. You will be expected to apply BIM standards, oversee QA/QC procedures, and manage construction/material costs effectively. The role requires effective time management and alignment with project budgets, while ensuring sustainable design practices. Pay And Benefits

Pay range: $28.00–$42.00/hr.
