In this role, you’ll drive the measurement strategy and execution for a portfolio of clients. You’ll lead a team of measurement experts responsible for developing measurement strategies, managing data processes, implementing MMM and MTA solutions, leading testing & experimentation, generating standard and ad hoc reporting, and performing analyses leading to insights and action. Your team will leverage a mix of Ovative propriety tech through our EMRge solution, as well as best-in-class 3rd party tools and solutions to meet your client’s needs. You’ll partner closely with internal Data Science, Client Services, Media Activation, and Product teams, and you’ll interact directly with key client stakeholders, ranging from C-level executives to functional operators across media, finance and analytics functions. Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and develop multiple teams of high-performing marketing measurement experts Manage and develop individual team leaders, supporting career growth and individual success Partner with other Measurement Solutions leaders to drive the direction, vision, roadmap, and execution of the Measurement Solutions team strategy Define and drive strategy across team structure, roles, development, and clients Work across internal Ovative teams to move roadblocks, figure out new solutions, and find ways to achieve Ovative goals working together Lead efforts to grow and evolve our Measurement skills, knowledge, toolset, product offerings, and culture Work with leadership (client and internal) to review services, identifying areas for improvement and altering strategies and scope Show up as senior measurement leader during crucial client moments to support the team and help guide everyone to successful outcomes Provide business development support, assisting with strategy/messaging and liaising with prospective clients to refine scopes of work Address complex, open-ended analytics requests in a structured manner (often by working with your teams and other Ovative partners or clients) Identify & focus on what matters most to move the client's business forward Lead efforts to grow and evolve our consulting & advisory skills to drive project-based expansions with new and existing clients Develop deep understanding of marketing measurement technology and how it impacts data/analytics/clients-business Connect client data/business trends and tell a compelling story to clients and other partners in order to provide clarity and help leaders understand business Help connect the measurement work Ovative does to our clients business models, goals, and challenges Join the extended Leadership Team at Ovative: participate in several monthly leadership forums focused on team, business, client, and strategic initiatives; regularly interact with the founder and CEO on important efforts to strengthen and grow Ovative Engage in and lead strategic internal initiatives across Ovative, bringing forward subject matter expertise and structured problem-solving approaches to build foundation for growth Support Ovative’s own strategy development and strategic planning process, along with the Measurement team’s strategy Requirements & Skills

7+ years of experience working with clients (internal or external) 3+ years experience managing team(s) of 5+ size Experience within marketing industry (digital marketing preferred) Experience working with MMM/MTA marketing models Experience designing and reading media tests & experiments Experience managing large data sets and summarizing in useful reporting views Excellent communicator & collaborator between multiple stakeholders & partners Experience communicating and partnering with executive leaders (Directors, VPs, CMOs, CFOs, etc) Must be able to thrive working in ambiguous situations Action oriented, self-driven hunger to take immediate action and make decisions quickly Prefer experience working with web analytics data, such as digital marketing analytics software (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, ViQ, etc) Prefer experience connecting complex marketing data & situations into tangible actions to progress initiatives forward Pay Transparency

At Ovative, we offer a transparent view into three core components of your total compensation package: Base Salary, Annual Bonus, and Benefits. The salary range for this position is inclusive of a 30% bonus: $123,000 to $228,000. Actual offers are made with consideration for relevant experience and anticipated impact. Benefits
