Senior Paid Media Manager

to join our fast‑growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on environment, has deep technical expertise in paid media, and is excited by the challenge of managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple brands and service lines. You will be directly responsible for managing campaigns across paid search, Google Local Services, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and other paid channels, while also overseeing agency performance. In addition, you will play a key role in

identifying, testing, and scaling new lead generation channels

— from affiliate partnerships to lead generators — to diversify our acquisition strategy and maximize growth. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to make an immediate impact by driving efficiency, improving ROI, and scaling paid media performance across seven brands in the home services industry. Responsibilities

Manage, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns (Paid Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, LSA, Meta, and more). Oversee media strategy and execution across multiple brands on our platform and service categories. Actively explore and build out new paid channels, affiliate partnerships, and lead generation opportunities. Drive optimization across the customer journey to improve

response rates, CPL, ROAS, and overall ROI . Implement and manage advanced bidding strategies to maximize performance. Partner with agencies to ensure performance standards are met and exceeded. Conduct A/B testing across landing pages, ad copy, keywords, and creative assets. Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities. Build reporting dashboards and present clear insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (brand, operations, finance) to align paid media with overall business goals. Stay on top of industry trends, testing methodologies, and emerging acquisition channels. Qualifications

5–7 years of direct, hands‑on paid media experience (must include Google Ads and paid search). Proven track record of

lead generation campaign management , including optimizing CPL, ROAS, and customer acquisition costs. Experience managing multiple accounts, brands, or service lines simultaneously. Strong technical expertise in campaign setup, URL tracking, optimization, and reporting. Experience with Google Local Services, Performance Max, and Demand Gen. Familiarity with advanced bidding models and conversion tracking. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; ability to pull and manipulate data. Experience with affiliate partnerships, lead generation vendors, or third‑party lead channels. Experience with A/B testing (creative, copy, landing pages). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in home services, trades, or direct‑to‑consumer industries preferred. Experience with ServiceTitan CRM is a plus. Why Join Us
