Technical Marketing Engineer - Genomics and Life Sciences Base pay range: $160,000 - $253,000 per year.

Overview We are looking for a Technical Marketing Engineer passionate about Genomics and Life Sciences to craft the fundamental technical content demonstrating NVIDIA's accelerated computing platform. The role will focus on enabling genomics and bioinformatics researchers, developers, and DevOps engineers through video tutorials, technical blog posts, user guides, walk‑throughs, and more. This material is essential for enabling researchers and developers to adopt and scale NVIDIA technology across ISVs, platforms, and instruments. Our Technical Marketing Engineers are drawn from outstanding developers and scientists who enjoy working with the latest in GPU hardware and NVIDIA acceleration software.

Responsibilities

Develop demos, workshops, Jupyter notebooks, and tutorials to help developers build and accelerate their workflows in genomics and bioinformatics.

Partner with product, marketing, engineering and development teams working on groundbreaking technologies to drive internal benchmarking and validation of GPU accelerated genomics workflows.

Be the evangelist and champion to customers and the developer community for NVIDIA's platforms including Parabricks and RAPIDS-singlecell.

Document knowledge and guide others: building targeted training for partners, Solutions Architects and other internal collaborators, writing whitepapers, blogs, and working through hard problems with a customer on a whiteboard.

Engage with the external community to provide usability feedback to internal teams to improve product capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, or equivalent experience.

8+ years of meaningful work experience in software development, technical evangelism, technical marketing, or similar.

3+ years of experience or deep domain expertise in life sciences, omics, and accelerated computing.

Hands‑on software development experience deploying and scaling containerized workflows on the cloud and on‑prem.

Strong presenting skills to technical audiences and generating content for developers.

A keen sense for product vision and ability to translate product value propositions into compelling demonstrations.

Strong time‑management and organization skills for coordinating multiple initiatives, priorities and implementations of new technology and products into sophisticated solutions.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

Background with NVIDIA GPUs and SDKs, especially with NVIDIA Parabricks or RAPIDS platforms.

Experience with workflow languages such as Nextflow or WDL.

Experience adapting and deploying production omics workflows for specific applications such as next‑gen sequencing or precision medicine.

Experience building and applying AI Agents to streamline scientific workflows.

Published record of thought leadership in a technical area or industry segment on Github or other platforms.
