Position Overview We are seeking a Digital Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media, growth, and acquisition efforts across multiple digital channels. This individual will play a key role in optimizing EveryWatch's marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate is data-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about leveraging digital marketing to scale an innovative technology platform within the luxury watch industry.
Base Pay Range $1,000.00/yr – $2,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, and display marketing to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Optimize search engine marketing (Google Ads, etc.) and organic search performance to enhance visibility and drive traffic.
Manage and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and remarketing efforts to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Track, measure, and analyze key performance metrics using Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation tools, ensuring continuous optimization.
Develop A/B testing strategies for landing pages, ads, and website elements to maximize conversions.
Oversee digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Work closely with content, product, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital marketing technologies to refine strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing & Communications, or a related area of study.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing, preferably within an e-commerce, SaaS, or technology-driven platform.
Strong expertise in paid media, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
Experience with SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Experience in a startup or the venture capital space is a plus.
Excellent level of spoken and written English is a MUST.
Passion for luxury watches and the broader collector ecosystem is a plus.
