About the Role This isn’t your average coordinator role—it’s the launchpad for someone who’s excited to learn the ins and outs of marketing and grow alongside a rapidly scaling agency.

As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in bringing campaigns to life across social, digital, and traditional channels. You’ll work closely with our creative and strategy teams, manage timelines, draft engaging content, and help execute campaigns for real estate, resort, and lifestyle clients. Every day will be different, and every project will give you a new opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact.

What You’ll Do

Bring Campaigns to Life: Support and execute marketing campaigns for homebuilders, new-home communities, multi-family developments, and luxury brands.

Project Management: Keep projects organized and on track—coordinate timelines, route creative assets, and manage deliverables from concept to completion.

Social Media & Content: Build content calendars, draft engaging posts, schedule content, and monitor performance. You’ll also assist with short-form videos and Canva graphics.

Copywriting & Creative Support: Write and edit copy for social media, email, blogs, and landing pages that align with brand tone and strategy.

Digital Marketing Support: Collaborate with the digital team to traffic ads, QA landing pages, build UTMs, and assist with optimizations.

Reporting & Insights: Track key marketing metrics and translate data into actionable insights.

Research & Inspiration: Stay on top of real estate trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to help fuel our creative ideas.

Qualifications

1–3 years of marketing experience (real estate, homebuilding, or luxury industries preferred).

Excellent writing and project coordination skills.

Working knowledge of major social platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics basics.

Comfortable using Canva and willing to learn new tools quickly.

Based in the Atlanta area with the ability to work remotely.

Bonus Skills

Understanding of SEO, PPC, or lead generation concepts.

Familiarity with HubSpot, GA4, Looker Studio, or WordPress.

Experience with light video editing (CapCut or similar).
