About the Role Maleda Tech is seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Instructional Designer

to develop engaging and effective learning experiences for a global customer support organization. In this role, you'll design digital and virtual training programs that empower employees to grow their skills and enhance performance. You'll collaborate with subject-matter experts, apply adult learning principles, and leverage modern instructional design tools to deliver innovative learning solutions. Key Responsibilities

Develop interactive learning experiences including e-learning modules, videos, microlearning, and virtual instructor-led sessions.

Conduct needs assessments and audience analyses to determine learning goals and strategies.

Partner with subject-matter experts to translate technical or complex content into clear, engaging materials.

Design activities and assessments that promote hands-on, experiential learning.

Build and maintain digital courses using

Articulate Storyline/Rise

and other e-learning tools.

Create evaluations and quizzes to assess learner progress and job readiness.

Review feedback from learners and facilitators to continuously improve training materials.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and marketing teams to align training initiatives with organizational objectives.

Stay current with learning technologies, instructional trends, and emerging best practices.

Track and report progress using tools such as

Asana

and ensure projects are delivered on time.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.

1–2 years of professional experience designing instructional materials for adult learners.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS),

Articulate Rise/Storyline

, and

Adobe Creative Suite .

Familiarity with virtual learning platforms and multimedia production.

Excellent project management and organizational abilities.

Portfolio or work samples demonstrating previous instructional design work.

Enthusiasm for continuous learning and innovation.

Key Details

Contract Duration:

November 2025 – June 2026

Location:

West Chester, Pennsylvania (remote flexibility available)

Schedule:

Full-time | 40 hours per week | Monday – Friday

Compensation:

Up to

$37/hour (W2)

Start Date:

November 3, 2025
