Responsibilities
Assist with the execution of projects and plans supporting the organization's long-term drafting strategy.
Participate in project teams and ensure compliance with predetermined project deliverables.
Adhere to administrative guidance on project execution.
Identify and course correct project issues and risks, participate in response plans to resolve.
Understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
18 years of age or older.
Authorization to work in the United States.
High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or at least three years of telecommunications experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Pass a background check and company drug screening.
Attend and pass all company required training as needed.
May be required to work after hours; on weekends or be on-call as needed.
Regular and timely attendance is an essential function.
Physical & Safety Requirements
Stand, crouch, sit, bend, and use hands and fingers to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms to spaces both high and low.
Noise level in the work environment is moderate.
Lift or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds in a shift with assistance.
Pay Range The Drafter/Designer hourly wage range is $20.00 - $25.00 depending on experience.
