Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
Monitor media coverage and trends, providing proactive updates and insights using sentiment analysis and media tracking tools.
Support crisis communications efforts, including development of reactive messaging and coordination with senior leadership.
Create and edit external communications content such as press releases, social media posts, speeches, editorials, and media statements.
Collaborate with internal business units and global teams to ensure consistent and integrated corporate messaging.
Coordinate strategic communications activities including media briefings, speaking engagements, thought leadership, and major announcements.
Manage digital platforms including web content, SharePoint, PowerPoint presentations, and social media channels.
Maintain a repository of corporate assets, messaging materials, and fact sheets to support external communications.
Assist in managing external agencies and support internal and external events aligned with corporate communications strategy. Identify and lead initiatives to improve plan design and streamline retirement-related processes.
What are we looking for?
3–5 years of experience in external or corporate communications, preferably in FMCG or regulated industries.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, persuasive messaging.
Experience using social media for business, content management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to collaborate across functions and levels, including senior leadership, in a matrixed organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment under pressure and ability to manage crises effectively.
Ability to work independently, manage stakeholder engagement, and leverage AI tools and misinformation detection platforms for reputation management.
Salary And Benefits Overview Benefit Information
401(k) plan that offers opportunity to save on pre- and post-tax basis up to 50 percent of eligible compensation.
Company matches 100 percent of employee pre-tax/Roth (401k) contributions up to six percent.
