Part‑time opportunity for experienced design & sales professionals to partner as in‑home custom window treatment Designers. Includes interior blinds, shades, shutters, drapery & outdoor roller shades. Backgrounds: interior design, window treatment sales, flooring sales, closet design, kitchen & bath remodels, and other home‑investment & remodeling services. Independent design company owners looking to expand their business. Experienced salespersons with a passion for selling in the home. Why partner with CDI?

Excellent sales and customer service skills. Extensive knowledge of the merchandise sold (training is provided). Ability to anticipate customer’s needs through following an industry‑proven sales process. Recommend products to customers to meet their specific in‑home design needs. Willingness to learn and participate in professional training & development opportunities to increase your sales performance. Leaves positive and lasting impressions. Education and experience

Experience using CRM and data systems (e.g., Salesforce) required. Basic computer skills, scanning, downloading/uploading to a website, emails. Physical requirements

Periods of standing and walking throughout the in‑home and retail spaces. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times (window treatment samples).
