Your Impact Lead marketing strategy for Kaleido’s Diabetes Care portfolio in Germany. Drive campaigns, empower sales, shape product positioning. Turn insights into action, manage lifecycle marketing, ensure high-impact execution across channels, budgets, and teams.

What You’ll Take On

Marketing Strategy & Execution

– Own annual marketing plan for Diabetes Care portfolio. Deliver integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels with a focus on Germany. Manage agency collaboration and online marketing efforts.

Sales Enablement & Stakeholder Engagement

– Equip sales team with compelling tools and messaging. Collaborate on programs that drive lead generation and revenue growth. Represent Kaleido in presentations and public speaking engagements.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

– Analyze customer insights and competitor activity to inform product development and marketing strategy.

Product & Lifecycle Management

– Partner with global teams to define product features, manage lifecycle stages, and ensure timely development. Oversee localization of marketing materials and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Performance & Budget Oversight

– Track and report on marketing performance. Manage budgets for campaigns and events. Ensure high-quality execution within deadlines and ROI targets.

Professional Conduct & Development

– Stay current with industry trends, maintain professionalism, and collaborate effectively with global colleagues.

What You Bring

Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; master’s degree preferred.

Proven senior marketing experience in MedTech within Germany, ideally in Diabetes Care or related therapeutic area.

Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies in a commercial environment.

Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams and global product management.

Strong strategic & analytical skills with proficiency in marketing metrics, CRM tools, and digital marketing.

Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal. Residing in Germany.

Willingness to travel nationally and internationally up to 30%.
