Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
1-3 years of experience in architectural or design services or a related area
Ability to read and interpret architectural plans (blueprints) within 90 days of hire
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
Preferred Background and Skills
Experience with Construction Specification Institute (CSI) and participation in local chapters
Certifications such as CDT or LEED are a plus
Strong project management, organization, and time management skills
Ability to engage effectively with clients and present information clearly
Enthusiastic, self-starter with a positive attitude and strong desire to succeed
Familiarity with the painting contractor industry and product specifications
Salary:
$60,000 - $80,000
