Responsibilities

OWN THE SOCIAL STRATEGY : Continue evolving our social strategy to fit brand tone and positioning. Attend IAT meetings with lead agency, learn overall brand strategy, and steward culture‑first work on brand social channels. RUN THESE CHANNELS : Ideate, develop, and manage organic and paid content across major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Be a pro at trendspotting, know whether content is worthy of our channels, and recommend long‑term influencer partners. TRACK PERFORMANCE : Optimize for shares or follows, report monthly with actionable insights, and constantly improve engagement and strategy. Include Häagen‑Dazs and competitive landscape data. EVOLVE THE CHANNELS : Move at the speed of social, test new platforms, keep up with industry trends, and decide where Häagen‑Dazs should engage or step back. Qualifications

4+ years experience managing brand social accounts across major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Social creative: social copywriting, visual storytelling with basic design tools. Project management: own the content calendar and roll out content. Analytics: pull insight reports and craft actionable insights to highlight strengths and growth areas. Collaboration: work at the center of communication with internal teams and agency partners. Compensation
