Senior Producer Skybound Entertainment is seeking a Senior Producer to lead production of a major externally developed title. The role is full‑time, responsible for upholding creative, business, and quality goals across the life of the project and ensuring on schedule, on budget, and on vision delivery.

Reports to:

Sr Director, Game Development, Skybound Game Studios

Responsibilities

Act as day‑to‑day production lead and primary development liaison to the external studio.

Lead the project to successful, on‑time shipment by supporting partners, setting priorities, and anticipating downstream risks.

Own production tracking, milestone progress, and delivery expectations; drive risk resolution.

Collaborate with narrative, art, tech, QA, IP, and design leads to align on creative and strategic priorities.

Represent Skybound interests at all major milestone reviews, signoffs, and planning checkpoints.

Monitor budget and staffing utilization with Finance and Business Affairs.

Ensure Skybound goals, including long‑term franchise planning, are communicated and integrated.

Identify and address misalignment between development progress and creative or commercial expectations.

Build strong relationships across internal and external teams for transparency, trust, and accountability.

Document key decisions, track outstanding issues, and ensure follow‑through across all stakeholders.

Be responsible for initial contract identification and approval across outsourcing and external development teams.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in game production with at least two major AA+ external or co‑development projects shipped.

Passion for Skybound’s IP, especially The Walking Dead and Invincible.

Proven success leading complex projects across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.

Strong understanding of production pipelines, milestone structures, and live team coordination.

Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and cross‑team facilitation skills.

Proactive and detail‑oriented with ownership and urgency.

Experience working with narrative, art, and design teams across PC/console development.

Ability to represent publisher‑side priorities clearly while maintaining a collaborative tone.

Preferred Qualifications

Independent production lead on externally developed titles.

Familiarity with milestone‑based funding models and partner management.

Background in multi‑title franchises or IP‑driven game development.

Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, ShotGrid, and equivalent production tools.
