Marketing Manager - Still Waters Day and Medical Spa

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute monthly promotions, marketing campaigns, and events.
Manage content creation for social media, email marketing, SMS, and in‑office materials. Ensure all creative assets align with brand standards.
Support providers with personal branding (photos, social media guidance, etc.).
Coordinate paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms. Monitor performance, track ROI, and optimize campaigns for conversions.
Maintain and update website content, including specials, events, and service pages.
Manage the local marketing calendar and ensure deadlines are met.
Track and report KPIs such as new patient counts, campaign performance, and referral sources.
Partner with the front desk team to promote specials, events, and memberships.
Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and GVO leadership on growth strategies.
Plan, promote, and execute practice events (open houses, grand openings, patient appreciation days, vendor collaborations).
Build and manage influencer, referral, and local partnership programs.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in marketing (healthcare, aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industry preferred).
Strong skills in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and event planning.
Proficiency with social media platforms, email platforms (MailChimp, GoHighLevel), and design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite a plus).
Experience with CRM/marketing software (GoHighLevel, 4DEMR, Monday.com, or similar).
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
