Our direct‑to‑consumer model combines sophisticated design, smart technology, and exceptional customer experiences. We’re seeking a creative visionary to join our growing team and elevate our brand through captivating visual storytelling.

The Role As our Marketing Art Director, you’ll lead the visual strategy for The Luxury Pergola’s direct‑to‑consumer marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll create stunning visuals that highlight the luxury, innovation, and lifestyle appeal of our motorized pergolas. From social media to e‑commerce assets, your work will inspire affluent homeowners to transform their outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Strategy: Develop and execute high‑end visual campaigns that showcase the craftsmanship and smart features of our motorized pergolas, ensuring alignment with our luxury brand identity.

Creative Execution: Design assets for digital channels (Instagram, Pinterest, website, email) and print materials (luxury brochures, trade show displays) that emphasize elegance and functionality.

Team Leadership: Mentor 1–2 graphic designers and coordinate with freelance photographers/videographers to maintain a cohesive aesthetic.

Consumer Engagement: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create targeted visuals for affluent homeowners, leveraging customer insights to drive conversions on our e‑commerce platform.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative outputs reflect The Luxury Pergola’s premium positioning, from typography to color palettes, across all touchpoints.

Project Oversight: Manage timelines and quality control for creative projects, delivering polished assets for product launches and seasonal campaigns.

Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years in art direction or creative roles, with 2+ years in direct‑to‑consumer marketing, ideally for luxury, home improvement, or outdoor living brands.

Skills: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); proficiency in Figma or Canva. Experience with product photography, video editing (e.g., Premiere Pro), and e‑commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) is a plus.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Portfolio: Must provide a portfolio showcasing 3–5 luxury or lifestyle‑focused projects (e.g., high‑end product campaigns, social media visuals, or e‑commerce assets).

Soft Skills: Exceptional eye for detail, strong communication skills, and ability to thrive in a collaborative, in‑office environment. Passion for luxury design and outdoor living.

Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Noblesville/Indianapolis‑area consumer preferences or Midwest luxury markets is a plus.

What We Offer

Competitive Salary: $95,000–$125,000 base, plus performance‑based bonuses.

Benefits Package: Comprehensive health, dental, vision; PTO days; paid holidays.

In‑Office Culture: Work daily in our modern Noblesville office, fostering close collaboration and hands‑on creativity.

Impactful Role: Shape the visual identity of a fast‑growing luxury brand in the outdoor living industry.

Community Vibe: Enjoy Noblesville’s charming downtown, team lunches, and company events in a supportive, creative environment.
