As our
Director Trade Marketing , you’ll craft the moments, turning strategic brand plans for Toy Box Brands (Polite Society + Diamond Drunk) into disruptive retail experiences across
Ulta Beauty, Mecca, and Blush Bar
as well as new international markets. You’ll partner closely with external retail partners, Toy Box Brands Leadership, Brand Marketing and Key Account Management to ensure every activation is as commercially powerful as it is creatively brilliant. What You’ll Do:
Lead the Retail Marketing Vision:
Build and own the trade marketing calendar for Ulta Beauty, Mecca, Blush Bar and global retail partners, aligning brand campaigns with retailer priorities Partner for Powerful Launches:
Work side by side with Leadership, the Key Account Manager, and Brand Marketing to translate sell-in plans into sell-through success, from in-store visibility to retailer.com presence Create Conversion-Driving Programs:
Develop 360° retail programs, integrating merchandising, digital retail media, sampling, and events to maximize shopper engagement Global Retail Storytelling:
Adapt and execute Brand Marketing and Chief Creative Officer vision through strategic trade programs to local market / retailers while keeping strong global brand cohesion Oversee Visual Merchandising:
Manage the VM process in collaboration with Leadership, Brand Marketing and the Key Account Manager, ensuring all displays, planograms, and gondolas are impactful, premium, and consistent with brand DNA and on budget Measure, Learn, Repeat:
Share post-activation analyses with Leadership, Brand Marketing and the Key Account Manager to refine strategies and continuously elevate and scale retail execution to maximize potential Support the Field Team:
Partner with leadership to support the Field Team Leaders and assist in creating strategy to maximize sales/ROI and event execution, ensuring the brand is represented consistently and powerfully at every touchpoint in store Retailer.com Excellence:
Streamline communication between Brand Marketing, Ecomm and Retailer.com teams to ensure consistent messaging, imagery, and promotions across all channels Retailer Presentation Owner:
Lead the development and delivery of retailer presentations, owning Trade Marketing strategy through strong collaboration and input from the Brand Marketing, Design, Social, Key Account Management and Leadership Budget Creation & Management:
Develop and oversee the trade marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively across retailers and programs while tracking ROI to maximize impact What You’ll Bring:
Senior-level experience in trade marketing within beauty or premium consumer brands Exceptional project management skills and a detail-obsessed eye for execution A balance of creative vision and commercial pragmatism Global mindset with experience adapting marketing programs for multiple markets and retailers
