Collaborate with team members to gather and disseminate information promptly and accurately.
Monitor and report on communication trends and issues from customer feedback.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Basic understanding of communication principles and practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
